Green Soup with Roasted Meat

This soup is typically made with leftover roasted meat or bones. It’s a fantastic way to make the most of expensive leftover roasted pork. You may prepare mustard green soup with only roasted pig, duck, or chicken, or a mix of all three. This is one of the simplest Khmer dishes.
Ingredients
1 Canned (500 ml) of chicken broth or 2 cups of homemade chicken broth
2 Cups of water
1 lb (450 gram) of left over roasted pork, duck or chicken
1 lb (450 gram) of mustard green , cut 2 inches in length
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 stalks green onion, chopped
Mustard Green Soup with Roasted Meat Instructions
Cook until the chicken stock, water, and roasted meat are boiling in a soup pot.
Stir in the mustar green and simmer until the water begins to bubble again.
Season with fish sauce, honey, and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with green onion.
Serve immediately with rice.
