Steamed Lemon Grass with Crab

A delectable and well-known Thai cuisine is the steaming of lemon grass with crab legs. tasty Asian-inspired steamed crab legs! Serve with a side of your choice or a fresh spinach salad. Use drawn butter for dipping or make a tart sauce with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic clove, pressed
1 (1 inch) piece of fresh ginger root, crushed
1 stalk of lemon grass, crushed
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds (900 gram) of frozen cooked Alaskan king crab legs, thawed
Directions to make Steamed Lemon Grass with Crab Legs
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the crushed garlic, ginger, and lemon grass; cook and stir until brown, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper until blended.
Add crab legs, cover, and cook over medium heat, tossing occasionally, until heated through, about 15 minutes.
