How to make sweet fish sauce
Put palm sugar in a pot, turn on the heat and stir for 1 minute, then add garlic, then add water and fish sauce and bring to a boil.
Add salt, lemon juice and boiling powder again and remove.
When eating, you can add peppers and peanuts to your liking.
Note: This fish sauce must be made at least 1 hour before eating to taste delicious.
(This fish sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for almost a month)
