Fried Beef with Peperomia Pellucida

Peperomia pellucida (also known by common names pepper elder, shining bush plant, and man to man) is an annual, shallow-rooted herb, usually growing to a height of about 15 to 45 cm (6 to 18 inches), it is characterized by succulent stems, shiny, heart-shaped, fleshy leaves and tiny, dot-like seeds attached to several fruiting spikes. It has a mustard-like odor when crushed.
Flowering year-round, the plant is found in various shaded, damp habitats all over Asia and the Americas. It grows in clumps, thriving in loose, humid soils and a tropical to subtropical climate.

  1. Low Grass 100 g Peperomia pellucida 100g
  2. 200g Beef 200g Beef
  3. 1 teaspoon fish sauce Fish sauce 1tsp
  4. 1 tablespoon palm sugar 1 palm
  5. Knorr powder 1 teaspoon Knorr powder 1 / 2tsp
  6. 1 tablespoon snail oil Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  7. 1 teaspoon Sesame powder 1tsp
  8. Half a teaspoon Black pepper black peper 1 / 2tsp
  9. 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1tbsp

How to do
1 / Put butter on a hot pan and put fried onions until red, then add beef and season to taste.
2 / Finally, pour the flour mixed with soup into the frying pan, we thicken the meat and good water, put it on a low plate and ready. Serve with pepper juice.
