Crab fries rice is a popular foods in Cambodia. And it has to many style as well for doing it. Today I want to show all of you how to make it easily and deliciously, it also have video at the end too.

2 or 3 crab bites of your choice
Rice with 2 chopsticks (rice is slightly crispy)
1 tablespoon cooked garlic
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Bring the pan to a boil, add the oil, add the garlic, fry until fragrant, then beat in the eggs, but do not stir it immediately, let it boil for a while, stirring so that it does not stick to the rice, then add the rice to the frying pan. Mix well and dry well
Then add soy sauce, sugar, flour, soup and pepper and stir fry, then add crab meat and garlic cloves, stir fry a little together (so as not to break the crab meat), boil and put on a plate.
Fried rice should be slightly sour and eaten with fish sauce is even more delicious.
